Core principle

The design, text, software, and brand elements you see on Knowlina are protected by law. Personal use is allowed; copying, selling, and unauthorized distribution are not allowed.

Intellectual property rights

The software, interface design, text, illustrations, graphics, icons, logos, sounds, animations, learning structure, and other materials within the Knowlina app and website belong to Knowlina or the relevant rights holders.

Unless otherwise provided by law, these materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited permission to use

As long as you comply with the Terms and Conditions, Knowlina grants you the right to use the service for personal, non-commercial, and educational purposes. This permission does not transfer ownership rights.

  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute the content without permission.
  • You may not use parts of the app or website in a commercial product.
  • You may not remove copyright, trademark, or other rights notices.
  • You may not extract the software code or reverse engineer it.

Materials submitted by users

You retain the rights to the text and other materials you submit to the service. For the service to function, you allow us to use those materials only for technical processing, storage, and display purposes.

You must not submit material that infringes another person's copyright, privacy, or other rights.

Copyright infringement

If you believe that material you own the rights to is being used within Knowlina without permission, you may send us a written notice. The notice will be reviewed, and, where necessary, access to the relevant material may be restricted or the material may be removed.

Information required in a notice

To help us review your request, please include the following information:

  • the name and contact information of the rights holder or authorized representative;
  • a clear description of the work claimed to be protected;
  • the location in the app or on the website of the material believed to be infringing;
  • a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized;
  • confirmation that the information provided is accurate.

Trademarks and brand

The “Knowlina” name, logo, app icons, and other distinctive brand elements may not be used without permission as the name, logo, or advertising material of another product or service.
